Artists in residence
EUROGROUP CONSULTING’s artist in residence programme is the fruit of a parallel established between the work of the consultant and the artist based on intervention, sharing and creation. |
This multi-year programme aims to be a laboratory for creation and a means to think about the business of consulting and its practices, to open up new perspectives. It aims to create better mutual understanding of the worlds of art and business.
A variety of experiences
Begun with Igor Antic, who was present from January to June 2008, EUROGROUP CONSULTING Artists in Residence continued with Renaud Auguste-Dormeuil from October 2008 to January 2009, then with Barbara Noiret from April to October 2009 and Collectif 1.0.3 from February to July 2010.
Each of these residences concluded with an exhibition — "Cabinet de Consultations" for
Igor Antic, "Black Out" for Renaud Auguste-Dormeuil, "REX (Retour d’EXpérience)" for Barbara Noiret and "Spécimen" for Collectif 1.0.3 — and the publication of a catalogue, documenting the immersion and project of each artist (texts by Clément Dirié, art critic and the Residence’s artistic advisor, and complete portfolio on the works produced).
A global programme open to art
To assist EUROGROUP CONSULTING Artists in Residence and help our employees familiarise themselves with contemporary art, EUROGROUP CONSULTING
has developed a library dedicated to the art of modern times and organises seminars and awareness visits open to all employees.
