Evaluations are done in total transparency, based on a set of core skills defined by position/ function and known to everyone. |
Appropriate development
Each consultant receives assistance from an advisor throughout his/her career. Each advisor monitors a small number of consultants for two or three years. Open-minded and ready to listen, they provide an objective opinion on the consultants’ career, guide them, advise them and appraise them twice a year at evaluation meetings.
Once a year, consultants participate in a meeting by position/ function where they discuss their job in order to prepare for the next step to take.
