Shaping talent

Training is a true lever to personal development, and is open to all EUROGROUP CONSULTING employees and intern, after two months with the company.

Training here is a cyclical process, not a single stage that trains our employees in the company’s methods. Each consultant takes training courses at his or her own pace and is responsible for making his or her own choices from a broad and diversified programme.

 

Managers, directors and partners all participate, passing on their knowledge and sharing their experiences. However, we also learn from public-speaking, innovation, Lean Six Sigma experts and other professionals. We benefit from all the stakeholders involved to train our resources.
 

Training with a French and European touch

 
Training is a special occasion that allows time for networking; it offers inter-sector insight that gives consultants an opportunity to share their experiences and successes, but also provides a chance to discuss the complex situations they encounter with our clients.
 
Our VO programme is part of our goal to create consulting with a European touch, with a selection of courses shared with other Group countries. They help us develop our diversity, while reaffirming our singularity.
 
As each consultant is unique, training has to let our consultants take advantage of business methods and expertise, which they assimilate over time in order to make the EUROGROUP CONSULTING signature their own.
 
 

Training: taking risks to look to the future

 
We focus on simulations and risk taking. Our courses aim to pull trainees out of their comfort zone, to push their limits, and strengthen their capabilities. This preparation for future situations makes our consultants more agile, and also lets them look ahead to their career with EUROGROUP CONSULTING.
